Get to know Colorectal Surgeon Dr. Jeffrey J. Visco, who serves patients in New York.

Recognized as a highly trained colorectal surgeon, Dr. Visco specializes in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating the most common to the most complex in colorectal conditions and cancers. He offers preventive screenings, non-invasive treatments, and surgical procedures based on the needs of each patient. Having joined General Physician, PC in partnership with UBMD Surgery, he currently sees patients at the offices in Williamsville and West Seneca, New York. In his current capacity, Dr. Visco also serves as the Associate Program Director of the Colon & Rectal Surgery Fellowship Program at the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences; a Clinical Assistant Professor within the Department of Surgery at the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Science; and the Director of Surgical Services at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. Back in 1998, Dr. Visco graduated with his medical degree from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He then went on to perform his residency in general surgery and his fellowship in colorectal surgery at the same educational venue in 2003 and 2004, respectively.
